South India’s actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu tied the knot with Film Director Raj Nidimoru on December 1st 2025, at the Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore. The ceremony was a traditional Bhuta Suddhi Vivaha at the Linga Bhairavi temple. The ceremony was attended by only close friends and family.
Samantha shared their wedding photos on Instagram with caption “01.12.2025”. From her post, viewers couldn’t miss the diamond ring, which quickly became the highlight of the picture. It was the same ring she had posted earlier on 13 February, 2025.

Samantha’s longtime stylist Pallavi, who has worked with her for nearly 15years, described her dressing.
For the ceremony, Samantha wore a red saree with delicate golden detailing designed by Arpita Mehta, with a blouse featuring a Tree of Life and third eye of the Devi, artwork by Jayati Bose. The look was traditional yet deeply personal.
Raj wore a gold ensemble designed by Tarun Tahiliani, reflecting simplicity and understated elegance.
The couple’s moments were captured by Eshantraju Photography and Khushboo Gupta Oguri, highlighting the intimate and emotional tone of the ceremony.
Their Connection:
Samantha and Raj first connected while working on The Family Man(Season 2) where she played the role of Raji. Their collaborations continued as they also worked together again on Citadel: Honey Bunny, and with each project their comfort and understanding grew and before long they were appearing side by side at events and in posts.
