Alia Bhatt Should Learn How To Live From Her Daughter Raha: “What’s There For You To Teach?” Sadhguru says that children are happy and that Alia Bhatt should not try too hard to teach her daughter Raha how to live. Instead, she should learn from her.

Sadhguru tells Alia Bhatt to learn how to live from her daughter Raha: “What’s There For You To Teach?” Sadhguru told Alia Bhatt to be a calm mom and to learn about the good things in life from her daughter.

Change to the beeps mode

A few weeks ago, Alia Bhatt turned to Sadhguru for parenting help, which made the internet go crazy. The show was called “In Conversation With The Mystic” and was put on by JITO Chennai Plus (Jain International Trade Organization). There were talks about parenting, the age of the internet and bullies, failure, fear, and how much sleep a person should get.

In one part, Alia Bhatt asked Sadhguru for help with being a mom. “Your one advice to a parent who’s worried if they’re being a good parent would be?” she responded.

They said, “A parent who is worried is not a good parent.” He told the character that a parent who worries too much is bad for the child and hurts themselves in the process.

The star replied, “I don’t think you can take the worry out of being a parent.” I believe you, Sadhguru, would agree.”

But that wasn’t the end of the talk. We now know that Sadhguru told her to learn how to live life from her 3.5-year-old daughter since the full video was posted on his official YouTube account.

“A Worried Parent Is Not a Good Parent,” Sadhguru told Alia Bhatt about being a parent

What is the one piece of advice you would give someone who is worried about being a good parent? This is a question Alia Bhatt asked during the session that many parents can relate to.

Because of this, Sadhguru said, “A worried parent is not a good parent.”

Adding to what he already said, he said that ongoing worry is bad for both the adult and the kid. Sadhguru says that too much worry makes things tense instead of allowing them to grow.

But Alia Bhatt gave a more realistic response, saying, “I don’t think you can take the worry out of it [parenthood].”

Alia Bhatt should learn how to live from Raha, says Sadhguru

Alia Bhatt asked Sadhguru about being a parent and asked for his help. Since becoming a mom on November 6, 2022, she often posts about the parenting books she reads on Instagram. “When you have a child, drop this idea that you have to teach something. Sadhguru asked, “I know you’re a great woman, but who is happier: you or your 3.5-year-old daughter?”

Alia replied, “Raha”

He said that parents should have a role as life coaches instead. He joked, “What are you going to teach them?” “You have to let them.” “You need to pay attention,” he told her. “A child is much more alive than you are.”

In addition, he asked Alia to just watch her daughter grow up. Adults often only see things from their own point of view and get upset over small things, so there isn’t much to teach them.

The spiritual leader also said that kids between the ages of three and six are usually very happy and laughing a lot, while adults aren’t always that way. “Someone worked hard to make you unhappy.” He said, “Today, someone has to work hard to make you happy.”

Sadhguru admitted in the last part that he only sleeps four to four-and-a-half hours a day. Alia looked shocked when she heard this and said that she sleeps eight to nine hours a day. “Then when do you live?” the spiritual guide joked.

Sadhguru’s advice for parents is to “be a guide, not a teacher”

Sadhguru told parents they needed to change how they thought about parenting. He said they should be more like counsellors than teachers in their kids’ lives. He said that kids are typically happy and outspoken, especially those between the ages of three and six. Adults, on the other hand, lose that freedom because of how society has taught them to act.

He also said, “A child is much more alive than you are.”

From this point of view, parenting is not about controlling, but about observing and gently guiding.

Alia Bhatt’s next films are Alpha and Love & War, both of which are set to come out this year.
