  • Building people up and coaching are also seen as strong skills. Helping, encouraging, and mentoring others requires understanding and personal judgment that can’t be easily replaced by technology.
  • Making choices and thinking critically are still very important. People are needed to understand what AI does, question its results, and decide when to step in and help.

AI is more likely to change jobs than to get rid of them

The study stresses that AI shouldn’t just be seen as something that takes away jobs. Automation often frees up workers from boring jobs so they can do more important things that need their imagination, judgment, and connection.
