Shannon Elizabeth has joined OnlyFans, beginning a new chapter in her career after many years in Hollywood. The actor’s choice has gone viral, particularly because she said that she wants ownership over her own image and work. Shannon, well known for American Pie, said that the move is about doing things on her own rather than following the typical studio approach.
Shannon spoke up about her choice, explaining that she wants to control how she is seen and what she makes. In an interview with People, she said, “I’ve spent my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled the narrative and outcome of my career.” This new chapter is about altering that, showcasing a more sexual side that no one has seen before, and getting closer to my followers.”
She also spoke about the platform’s direct connection feature. “I chose OnlyFans because it enables me to interact directly with my audience, produce on my own terms, and just be free. “I really believe this is the future,” she continued.
The manager backs the decision
Her manager, Andy Bachman, also applauded the decision, calling it a significant step forward. In a statement to Variety, he added, “Shannon has always enjoyed connecting with and giving back to her fans, and this allows her to do so in a more direct, meaningful way than ever before.” It’s a strong paradigm, and OnlyFans is currently the most effective tool for fostering that connection.

What is OnlyFans?
OnlyFans enables producers to share unique material with paying subscribers. While it began as a platform for many types of artists, it is now mostly associated with pornographic material, which is why celebrity sign-ups often get notice.
From American Pie to Now
Shannon Elizabeth rose to prominence after portraying Nadia in American Pie (1999), followed by Scary Movie (2000). These roles propelled her to stardom in the early 2000s. She went on to appear in American Pie 2 and other films, but her popularity in mainstream Hollywood steadily faded. She recently featured in Celebrity Big Brother and Jay & Silent Bob Reboot (2019).
Phillips, who made news last year after sleeping with 1,113 guys in 12 hours, teased her new lover in March. Earlier that month, Phillips discussed where she envisions herself in her fifties.
“Hopefully retired, actually,” Phillips stated in an Instagram Q&A. “Maybe we’ll continue to film [material] once a month, but not often. I’d say married with children in a great huge home in the country. Right now, I’m really career-focused.”

What other celebrities are on OnlyFans?
Shannon is one of numerous well-known names who have joined OnlyFans. Celebrities such as Carmen Electra, Bhad Bhabie, Mia Khalifa, and The Sopranos’ Drea de Matteo have already joined the site.
Scary Movie producer and actor Marlon confirmed to The Shade Room in March that Elizabeth may return in a future sequel. Elizabeth gained prominence as exchange student Nadia in the irreverent 2000 adolescent comedy American Pie and its sequels. During her peak popularity in the 2000s, she starred in Scary Movie, Love Actually, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, as well as a recurring role on That ’70s Show from 2003 to 2005.
Marlon, Shawn, Keenen Ivory, and Craig Wayans have all returned to co-write and produce the new Scary Movie, which will also include Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Chris Elliott, Marlon, and Shawn reprising their famous roles.
Elizabeth told Entertainment Tonight that she “absolutely” would have returned to play Buffy again, saying, “I was really hoping to be a part of it, but I didn’t get the call.”
The actress eventually pursued a side career in poker and has appeared in the World Series of Poker many times.
More recently, Elizabeth announced in March that she was not requested to return as Buffy Gilmore in the Wayans family’s Scary Movie reboot.
“Love Shannon, it definitely wasn’t personal,” he assured. “But there were too many people coming back. The franchise isn’t going away, so maybe down the road someplace.”
The long-awaited sequel, the sixth in the franchise, will feature a new generation of Wayans family members, including In Loving Colour star Kim Wayans, Damon Wayans Jr., and Gregg Wayans — son of Deidra Wayans and nephew of Keenen, Damon Sr., Shawn, Kim, and Marlon. Other arrivals include Heidi Gardner, a former Saturday Night Live cast member, and Olivia Rose Keegan from High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
