Property registration records seen by CRE Matrix show that Pooja Gurnani, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, bought three flats in Mumbai’s Bandra area for a total of ₹38.21 crore. The buyers are Pooja Gurnani, her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani, and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani.

According to the papers, the flats are on Carter Road, in a building called Varun that is currently being fixed up. The units were bought from Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, which is a part of Lotus Developers. They are on a higher floor.

CRE Matrix says that the three flats were bought in a building that is being built using the renovation plan. “The developer is redeveloping the old ‘Varun’ building after acquiring the development rights from the Varun Cooperative Housing Society Limited,” CRE Matrix stated.

Records showed that both deals were registered on February 14, 2025, with ₹2.22 lakh in stamp duty and ₹2,000 in registration fees.
