“For us, the January cycle is a great opportunity for students who missed out on the July intake to jump into the next eligible period and not lose a full year,” she said. On the contrary, one should understand that the courses are predominantly a merit based so your past scores academically for instance 12th / UG fetch you the seat and B. Ed or Ph. D. still demand that prospective students take specific entrance exams, typically held shortly after registration ends.
Cultivate “Deep Social Capital”
Loneliness is a neurobiological threat. The brain of a socially isolated animal is flooded in cortisol over time, which then “weathers” the brain and shrinks the prefrontal cortex. On the other hand, satisfying social interaction demands the extended cognitive processing involved in decoding body language, modulating tone of voice and remembering our shared experiences.
Having a deep conversation or participating in a community group functions as a high-intensity workout for your frontal lobes. Maintaining an active social life doesn’t just make you happier, it also helps keep your synapses firing with youthful vitality.
