Narendra Modi, the prime minister of India, will visit Uttarakhand on Tuesday, April 12 (ANI). This will be his 27th trip to the state. Notably, this will be his 17th visit in the four and a half years that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has been in office.
Narendra Modi went to Uttarakhand for the first time on September 11, 2015, when he arrived in Rishikesh. He became Prime Minister in May 2014. During that trip, he went to the Dayanand Saraswati Ashram and asked spiritual leader Dayanand Giri how he was doing. The Prime Minister also has a lot of respect for Kedarnath and the other major religious spots in Uttarakhand. He has been to Kedarnath five times since taking office. He has also been to Badrinath and Mukhba.
Narendra Modi, the prime minister, has become a strong champion for tourism and travel in Uttarakhand. Disasters had made it hard for people to travel to Kedarnath at the time of his visit. This helped send a message to people all over the country and the world that it was safe to make the journey.
Since he started going there, there have been more and more people visiting Kedarnath than ever before. In the same way, there have been a lot more pilgrims in the area since he went to Adi Kailash in Pithoragarh district. A report said that in March of last year, the Prime Minister went to Mukhba in Uttarkashi district, which is where Goddess Ganga spends the winter. He did this to promote winter travel and boost tourism in the state all year long.
As stated by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a strong emotional and spiritual bond with Uttarakhand. He also said that the state has a special place in his heart. A lot of big development projects have been accepted for the state since Modi became Prime Minister, he said. Plans worth more than 2 lakh crore have already been put into action.
Connectivity infrastructure has changed a lot thanks to projects like the Char Dham All Weather Road, the Rishikesh-Karnaprayag Rail Project, the Dehradun-Delhi elevated road, and the ropeway projects for Kedarnath and Hemkund Sahib. As a result of PMGSY, more roads have been built to connect remote country places, and train and air services have also gotten better. The statement also said that ropeway projects are moving along quickly.
Before this trip, the Prime Minister had been to Uttarakhand 16 times during Chief Minister Dhami’s time in office. The state government has given him copies and meaningful items that show Uttarakhand’s unique religion and cultural history, along with goods made in the state.
On April 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the country’s first variable speed pumped storage plant as part of the Tehri project. The plant was built by THDC as part of the 2,400 MW Tehri Hydro Power Complex. It has a total output of 1,000 MW. The upper and lower basins of the Tehri hydro project will be used to generate more energy. India’s energy journey is likely to reach a turning point with this project.
Senior figures, such as Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, are likely to be at the event
The 210-kilometer Dehradun-Delhi expressway is a big development project that will connect Uttarakhand better to the nation’s capital. It will have five toll booths.
The Uttarakhand Chief Minister led a high-level meeting with district officials in Kathgodam, Nainital, earlier on April 11. The meeting was to talk about getting ready for the upcoming Char Dham Yatra and other administration issues.
“The whole process of getting ready for the Char Dham Yatra is over.” It is being looked over all the time, and each area is getting ready to do what needs to be done. Everyone who comes to the Char Dham will be welcome, Dhami said.
Dhami said, “The Prime Minister is coming to Dehradun.” He was happy about the meeting. The Delhi-Dehradun expressway is about to be opened, which is a great gift for Uttarakhand and the whole country. This will make things a lot easier for everyone.

This is because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. I’m happy for the Prime Minister.
